RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales at https://darklayered.com/ are final. No returns/refunds are available on any of our products. In the highly unlikely event that your item should have a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at founder@darklayered.com for us to replace the product.
If you wish to exchange your product due to size issues, please use our upcoming exchange portal.
Once the product is picked up from your end, we will promptly process the exchange and arrange for reshipment of the product to your specified address.
Please do not ship products back to us without consent. Any items that you ship back to us without our prior written approval from us will not be considered for either exchange or refund, and we can not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item in transit, or for its safekeeping after delivery.
In the event that you should encounter a manufacturing defect or you have received a wrong product, you must ensure that you reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
SHIPPING POLICY:
At DARK LAYERED, we strive to provide a seamless experience, no matter where you live.
All orders would be processed within 1-2 working days. Please note that orders are not shipped on holidays.
Even If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments will never be delayed. But by any chance if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.
ORDER AND DELIVERY:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
For COD orders, you will receive a text/call from our team for confirmation of the order. Once you confirm the order, your order would be processed.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you.
We can not be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility.
